1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Launch You, LLC ("Launch You", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit opschallenge.ai or use any of our products and services, including The OPS Challenge, LaunchPad, and Funnel Launch (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. This policy works alongside our Terms & Conditions.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact and account details — your name, email address, phone/mobile number, and account login details.
- Payment information — billing details processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- Content you submit — information you enter into our tools, support requests, and any materials you upload.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and interactions with the Services.
- Cookies and similar technologies — including advertising and analytics technologies (see Section 4).
- Marketing attribution — referral source and campaign parameters (e.g. UTM tags) so we can understand how you found us.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta) and from service providers that help us deliver and improve the Services.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services and your account;
- To process payments, trials, subscriptions, and refunds;
- To communicate with you about your account, purchases, and support requests;
- To send marketing communications by email and, where you have opted in, by SMS — which you can opt out of at any time;
- To measure and improve our Services, content, and advertising;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
- To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. Cookies, Pixels & Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and conversion tracking, to operate the site, measure performance, and deliver and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can adjust ad personalization through the settings of the relevant ad platform. Disabling some technologies may affect how the Services function.
5. SMS & Mobile Messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we use it to send you account, transactional, and (where consented) marketing text messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with the service providers (such as our messaging platform) that help us deliver the texts you have requested, and only for that purpose.
6. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as needed to run the Services:
- Service providers — payment processing, messaging (SMS and email), hosting, and analytics partners who process data on our behalf under appropriate obligations;
- Legal and safety — where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — including the right to access, correct, delete, or port it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the UK, EU, or EEA, these rights arise under the UK GDPR / GDPR. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — note that we do not sell your personal information. To exercise any right, email us at support@launchyou.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
11. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
