1. The OPS Challenge — Yours To Keep

The OPS Challenge consists of four self-paced training modules ("the Training Modules"). When you join via this funnel and your 7-day LaunchPad demo begins, the Training Modules become yours to keep — even if you cancel your LaunchPad subscription before Day 8 and have not been charged.

Because the Training Modules carry no purchase price at the time of trial signup, there is nothing to refund. Your access to the Training Modules persists in your account regardless of LaunchPad subscription status.

2. LaunchPad — 7-Day Trial & Cancellation

Your LaunchPad subscription includes a 7-day trial during which you are not charged the monthly fee. If you do not cancel before Day 8, your card on file is billed $147 USD per month on a recurring basis until you cancel.

How to cancel

• Cancel inside your account: lp.launchyou.com/billing — one click, takes effect immediately.
• Or email support@launchyou.com requesting cancellation. We will process within 1 business day.

Cancellation before Day 8 means no charge at all. You retain access to the Training Modules permanently as described in section 1.

Cancellation after Day 8 (post-trial)

Once you have been charged for a billing month, that month's payment is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and you will not be billed for the following month. You retain LaunchPad access until the end of the current paid month.

3. Action-Taker Promise

To qualify, you must:

• Have started the Challenge inside the first 7 days of joining;
• Have completed all four training modules and engaged with each focus tool inside LaunchPad;
• Have a documented beta offer (landing page, opt-in page, or sales page) live at a public URL on or before Day 28 from your trial start date;
• Email us at support@launchyou.com within 7 days of Day 28 with your LaunchPad account email and the URL of your beta offer.

If we cannot verify you took genuine action (for example, your account shows no engagement with the Training Modules or focus tools), the Action-Taker Promise does not apply.

4. Funnel Launch — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase Funnel Launch (the optional upsell offered after starting The OPS Challenge), you have a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

To request a refund within 30 days, email support@launchyou.com from the email address on your Funnel Launch account. We will refund the full amount paid to your original payment method within 7 business days, no questions asked.

5. Funnel Launch — 90-Day Option (Downsell)

If you purchase the 90-day Funnel Launch access ($197 one-time), the same 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After Day 30, the 90-day access is non-refundable but does not auto-renew. You may continue at the locked-in $99/month rate at the end of your 90 days only if you choose to.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. Refunds are issued in USD; if your card was charged in a different currency, the refunded amount in your local currency may differ slightly from the original charge due to exchange rate fluctuations.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@launchyou.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We respond to all support emails within 1 business day and will resolve legitimate billing issues promptly. Chargebacks initiated without a prior support request may result in suspension of your access to Launch You products.

8. Disputes & Governing Law

This refund policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, consistent with the Launch You Terms of Service. Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the Terms of Service.
